As a highly experienced HR professional, Christina founded Breakthrough HR to focus her talents for helping individuals and growing businesses to achieve excellence. Insightful, detailed, systems thinker, collaborative partner...these are the key words most often used to describe Christina’s approach to creating breakthrough strategies with her clients.

Christina brings more than a decade of small business and executive human resources management experience in addition to a passion for coaching individuals and small businesses. Christina has a highly successful track record in developing people and the systems in which they operate. She focuses on creating effective organizational programs and strategies, including organization development, training, and strategic planning. She has also developed and lead customized coaching programs to help companies and individuals discover and capitalize on their potential by minimizing barriers to success.
