Christina brings more than a decade of small business and executive human resources management experience in addition to a passion for coaching individuals and small businesses. Christina has a highly successful track record in developing people and the systems in which they operate. She focuses on creating effective organizational programs and strategies, including organization development, training, and strategic planning. She has also developed and lead customized coaching programs to help companies and individuals discover and capitalize on their potential by minimizing barriers to success.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, is a Certified Practitioner for The Leadership Circle™, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC). She is also studying for her master’s in human resources development.
